I’m delighted that I've won an award for this unposed family documentary shot from This is Reportage Family. 114 winning photographs were selected from 4000 entries and you can see them all here. The photographs were selected by five judges for this round – Pedro Vilela (Portugal), Anna Hardy (UK), Leonard Walpot (Netherlands), Fabio Mirulla (Italy) and Joshua D’hondt (Belgium).

I love the storytelling aspect of reportage and family documentary. I was fortunate to get this shot - the girls had been playing in the park all morning of the shoot, and we’d just got back to their garden. It was a boiling hot day and I was having a well-earned cold drink when I turned round and spotted them like this. I managed to grab my camera and take the shot before they started running around again.
